Overview

Its citizens are the long-deceased who never found rest, trapped in rotting bodies and bureaucratic servitude. They toil endlessly in mines and tunnels, convinced that material wealth and obedience will buy them ascension to heaven. Above them, the **Filthocracy**, led by its decaying queen, exploits their misery while bargaining with hell itself.
