Graverealm lies beneath the surface of all other Earths—a cavernous underworld of perpetual half-death. Its citizens are the long-deceased who never found rest, trapped in rotting bodies and bureaucratic servitude. They toil endlessly in mines and tunnels, convinced that material wealth and obedience will buy them ascension to heaven. Above them, the **Filthocracy**, led by its decaying queen, exploits their misery while bargaining with hell itself.

When the souls of the dead ceased moving on, they congealed beneath graveyards and cities, forming the subterranean nation of Graverealm. Over time, decomposition became culture. Perfume replaced prayer. The Filthocracy rose from aristocrats who embalmed their flesh with precious metals, believing that jewels and powders could disguise decay enough to fool the divine.
